With over two decades of senior experience across public and private sector bidding, Andrew brings a rare combination of strategic judgement, commercial credibility and evaluator insight. He has operated at every level of the bidding ecosystem: commissioning services, evaluating submissions, leading national bid teams, advising boards, and building high-performing consultancies.

In September โ€“ November 2025, Chris delivered a Scotland-wide programme of AI in Tendering training, comprising six in-person sessions across Scotland, on behalf of the Scottish Building Federation.

Christian Mucklow

Christian Mucklow is a meticulous researcher and persuasive bid writer who helps organisations turn complex requirements into clear, compelling submissions. He brings a keen eye for detail and his love for the written word to every bid.

A graduate of English Literature and Creative Writing (BA Hons) from Royal Holloway University, Christian pairs creative flair with critical thinking. He began his career in 2021 as Communications and Operations Manager for a Surrey start-up, gaining first-hand experience of fast-paced growth, strategic planning and building efficient processes.

In 2024, Christian came in contact with Aspire Bidding co-founder Andrew Morrison. A conversation about bid writing led Christian to consider a shift in his career path. After completing the Ultimate Tender Coach course and being mentored by Andrew Morrison (APMPโ€™s inaugural Global Thought Leader of the Year), Christian joined Aspire Bidding in January 2026.
