Exceptionally experienced bid specialists. All work is led by one of our co-founders, bid specialists with decades of experience. Co-founder Andrew Morrison was recognised as Global Thought Leader by APMP, the association representing bidding and proposal managers around the world. No one else has ever received this accolade before or since, recognising Andrew as a unique voice in the bidding world.

Valuable insights into how evaluators think. Having worked in the public sector for 12 years evaluating and scoring bids on the buyer side, Andrew and his team are uniquely placed to help you understand how evaluators think and the specific bid decisions that resonate with them.

A modern, AI-supported work-winning partner. As businesses increasingly use artificial intelligence to accelerate their bidding processes, higher tender volumes and larger question sets are becoming the norm. By partnering with Aspire Bidding, you will benefit from a team who specialise in using AI judiciously to help you compete in this modern era. We use AI to support and enhance but never replace human expertise and ingenuity. This lets you benefit from advances in technology, while protecting your brand from the โ€˜AI slopโ€™ that is becoming increasingly prevalent. As evaluators wade through a sea of AI-generated content, your human-driven bids will stand out.

Retaining and securing business growth. Consistently securing new work is key to your businessโ€™s stability, growth, and long-term success. With consistently near-100% scores from evaluators, Aspire Bidding is the perfect partner to help you win work and achieve your dreams.

We work with organisations of all sizes including SMEs, regional and national businesses, charities, social enterprises, and consortiums across a wide range of sectors. Whether you are bidding for your first contract or looking to improve win rates on complex tenders, we tailor our support to your level of experience and internal capacity.

Yes. We have extensive experience supporting bids under UK public sector procurement frameworks, including central government, devolved administrations, local authorities, NHS, education, housing associations, and blue-light services. We are also experienced in private sector and regulated procurement processes.

We also have extensive experience in helping clients win work with private sector businesses, including multinational companies.

Most of our work is UK-based. However, we also have experience in bidding internationally including for bids in Ireland, EU, US, Middle East, Australia and other geographies.

Our work is priced on your requirements and what we know is needed to deliver high quality work. We provide a priced quotation to you within 1 working day of receiving your requirements. Our payment terms are typically 50% up front and 50% on completion of our work.

All of our work is overseen by one of our experienced Bid Directors, either Andrew Morrison or Chris Denyer. Our work is delivered by either our in-house bid writers or our experienced bid associates.

We operate collaboratively. While we can draft the majority of the written content, your subject-matter expertise is essential. We gather input in a variety of ways at times to suit your business. This can include structured questionnaires, workshops, or interviews, helping ensure the final submission accurately reflects your business, delivery model, and value proposition.

Our bid win rates average 80%+. We neither charge a success fee nor offer a reduction for a bid that does not result in a contract award. At the outset, we provide you with a candid view on the likely success of your bid. We do not get into a risk-sharing arrangement as bid writing is not the only deciding factor in a contract award. Other factors include the tender price; the competition and their offering; your relationship with the client โ€ฆ none of which we have any control over.
